Signup Genius
This is the perfect tool for a group that likes to get together. It is free and pretty easy to use. All you have to do is make an account, create the event, and send invitation to sign up to do something in the event. You can schedule reminder emails and text to be sent out to everyone that signs up. http://www.signupgenius.com/

Meal Train
Have someone that is sick in your group, in the hospital, or could just use some encouragement? Use meal train to set up a schedule of people bring meals to that individual. All you have to do is sign up for free and begin. Step 1: identify the personal that needs help and their home address and contact info. Step 2: give the length that this person will need meals. Step 3: identify any dislikes, allergys, or any other notes from the person recieving the meals. Step 4: invite people via email or Facebook to participate.
