How can we help you?

Neighbor Helping Neighbor is a ministry of LBC that helps people that are in need of life essentials. We receive donations from people in the community which allows us to give things like clothes, shoes, and furniture to people in need for FREE. The need for a ministry like this was first discovered when we heard of a woman in Baldwin that had been sleeping on the floor for 2 years because she let her 4 children sleep on her mattress. This was just about the only thing they owned. Carolyn Woltjie a long time member of Lighthouse felt led of the Lord to help this woman out and find her a bed. Ever since then she has made this ministry her life passion. NHN has helped many people and will continue to help many more as the Lord provides. This ministry is only possible because people have a heart for others and faithfully donate items. If you have a need or would like to donate please click one of the buttons above. Also feel free to visit our Neighbor Helping Neighbor Facebook page by clicking the blue box above.

Being a mom during the preschool years, can be some of the loneliest times we experience. We have so many questions about our children, our families, and ourselves. We have seriously limited adult conversation, and, honestly, we rarely get to eat our meals while they are hot!

Lighthouse is thrilled to be able to offer MYC (Moms of Young Children) as an opportunity for moms to get together on a regular basis to support one another, grow as a mom and a woman, and enjoy a hot meal together. For more information please email info@lbcbaldwin.org
